CBE: A Process to Guide the Application of Marketing to Behavior Change

Marketing is a force that all health, environment and social service professionals should be leveraging. Marketers keep people at the heart of everything they do. By understanding how people live, work and play we can deliver solutions they value every time.

Over the last decade, the presenters have worked with the team at Social Marketing @ Griffith to build the co-create-build-engage (CBE) process. CBE offers a roadmap that shows you where and how key social marketing principles and activities can be applied to build better and more effective solutions.

The International Social Marketing Association has invited the creators of the co-create, build and engage (CBE) process to share how they have developed and applied this process to a range of different contexts.
